Every year the holidays mean delays for your delivery. With more and more online shopping, major carriers across the board experience these issues. Please give yourself adequate time to receive your payroll – even an extra day during peak holiday times: November - mid January.

• PAPERLESS PAYROLL: Payroll will be uploaded quickly after processing for you to login into to view and/or print as needed in your office 

• UPS GROUND*: Not guaranteed next day – X-Act will not be able to call to get tracking info if package does not arrive the next day.

• UPS NDA: Guaranteed next day but can be by END OF THE BUSINESS DAY - but still could have issues with delivery as we approach holidays. Refunds for the next day portion will not be given during this time.

• PRIORITY MAIL*: Has more potential for delivery, but still can take 2 days (or more) - also this is untraceable once it leaves our office

• MAIL*: Tends to take at least 2 days for delivery - if not more, also untraceable once it leaves our office

• PICK UP: Can be picked up within hours of processing

*packages that leave our office cannot be tracked and if reprints are needed there will be charges to reprint and ship. Please give yourself extra time for packages to arrive
